# `vite/host-init-inject-ssr`

## Issue

SSR and HTML-less frameworks need host init injected into the entry, not the HTML document, or federation bootstrap never runs on the server.

## How to fix it

Set `hostInitInjectLocation: 'entry'` for SSR / Nitro / Nuxt-style apps.
